Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude are programmed to use a professional and neutral voice in its responses.  This leads to robotic  responses such as "let's delve into the exciting world of..." or "...in today's fast paced world..."

Humans don't write or talk like that (ok, maybe some do).  You have control in the way that AI responds - as long as you tell it how to reply.

 Remember, different scenarios call for different tones of voice.  If you are drafting an executive proposal, it's probably not the right place for AI to use casual and/or funny language.
